Overview

Built within a collaborative educational research effort, this dashboard replaces repeated manual exports and spreadsheet processing with a workflow that retrieves Qualtrics responses and turns them into interactive summaries, subgroup comparisons, risk visualizations, and longitudinal views for researchers and school stakeholders.

Key features

Automated Qualtrics pipeline

The workflow retrieves responses, monitors export jobs, downloads and extracts the ZIP archive, parses the CSV, and prepares valid survey records for analysis.

Interactive subgroup analysis

Researchers can filter available demographic, school, and survey variables, then compare multiple subgroups side by side.

Risk and longitudinal visualization

Survey-specific processing produces interpretable risk summaries and shows selected measures across semesters or other supported time periods.

My role and technical contributions

Within the broader research project, my role focuses on the technical dashboard workflow: Qualtrics integration, response processing, interactive filtering, comparison views, and data visualization.

Interface views

Dashboard overview

Processed survey responses are presented as interactive summaries and wellbeing indicators.

Group comparison

Researchers can define filtered subgroups and examine results side by side.
